Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery at sales@cedarandstone.shop, including:
• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
Our team will promptly assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Assessment & Resolution
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team. Once approved, we will provide instructions and manage the next steps to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
All products that are not deemed damaged or defective are not eligible for return.
Shipping & Liability
In the case of approved damage or defect claims, Cedar & Stone will cover all reasonable costs associated with the return or replacement process.
