Cedar & Stone delivers saunas and ice baths Australia wide. This page explains how delivery works, what it costs and what to expect on the day.

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Australia. Our showroom is at 3/38 Corporate Boulevard, Bayswater VIC 3153, open by appointment.

Delivery cost

Saunas and ice baths are bulky freight, so delivery is quoted for your address rather than charged at a flat rate. Send us your postcode and we will confirm the delivery cost in writing before you commit to an order. Request a quote through our contact page or call 0413 690 656.

Delivery timeframes

Timeframes depend on the model, the current build schedule and your location. We confirm an estimated delivery window in writing when your order is placed, and we keep you updated if anything changes. If you have a date you are working towards, tell us before you order and we will let you know whether it is achievable.

What happens on delivery day

Deliveries are made by freight carrier to your address. Please make sure of the following before your delivery date:

  • There is clear access for the delivery vehicle, and space to unload
  • Someone over 18 is on site to receive and check the delivery
  • The base or pad where the sauna or ice bath will sit is ready

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, delivery is to the kerbside or the nearest accessible point at your address, and does not include placement, assembly or electrical connection. Ask us what is included for your model and your site, and we can cover it in a complimentary home assessment.

Installation and electrical work

Electrical connection must be carried out by a licensed electrician. We can talk you through the power supply each model needs so you can arrange this before delivery.

Inspecting your delivery

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, photograph it before moving the item and contact us within 7 days. See our refund policy for how we handle damaged or faulty goods.
